What is Eona?

Eona is a self-discovery app that combines Tarot, BaZi, and I-Ching to offer gentle guidance and reflection. It's meant to support your intuition — not predict the future.

Is Eona free?

Eona offers both free and paid readings. Every day you can get one reading for free.
We also offer premium subscription for deeper guidance and unlimited readings.

What do I get with a subscription?

• Unlimited Tarot readings & follow-up conversations
• Personalized readings based on your Energy Profile (BaZi, Zodiac, MBTI, etc.)
• Priority access to new features

How do the "daily" features work?

• Morning: Tarot focus to set your intention
• During the day: I-Ching coin toss for decision guidance
• Evening: BaZi reflection to realign and review

How do Tarot readings work in Eona?

You type a question, draw cards, and receive an interpretation. You can ask follow-up questions until you feel clear.

How do I cancel my subscription? (iOS)

1. Open Settings on your iPhone
2. Tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions
3. Select Eona and tap Cancel
4. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged.

How do I request a refund? (iOS)

Apple manages all refunds.

• Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
• Sign in with your Apple ID
• Choose Request a refund and select Eona

How do I restore my purchase?

• Open Eona → Profile → Restore Purchases
• Make sure you're logged in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe

How do I delete my account/data?

In the app: Profile/Manage Account → Delete Account.
This permanently removes your data from our servers.
